Robyn Korengold founded Korengold Executive Search, Inc. (KES) in 1993 in Manhattan Beach, California.

With a history of successful placements and repeat business, KES’s portfolio of searches is ever-changing and covers a broad spectrum of opportunities within private credit and private equity backed high growth companies.

Previously, Robyn built a robust search practice that specialized in the placement of a vast array of strategic hires within the high technology sector.  Clients ranged from pre-IPO startups to large corporations.  Extremely complex and technical searches included those in executive management, operations, engineering, and marketing.

Prior to founding KES, Robyn was an executive recruiter for a large national search firm where she was hired to spearhead the development of a new environmental engineering practice within the Los Angeles office.  She successfully initiated, implemented, and grew this practice until it ultimately became the office specialty.

Robyn is a 1986 graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst where she received a B.A. in Journalism / Legal Studies.   Robyn studied in Paris, France, with an academic concentration on the European Economic Community.  She is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
